TPMa and Detechco announce strategic integration to create a leading European platform for Gas Turbine manufacturing.

Turbine Parts Manufacturers Alliance (TPMa) and Detechco are pleased to announce the integration of Detechco's into TPMa, marking a significant step in the Group's strategy to build a fully integrated European platform serving the global gas turbine industry.

For more than three decades, Detechco has established itself as a trusted technology partner for leading gas turbine manufacturers and service providers worldwide. The company has developed specialized expertise in Coating, Electrochemical Drilling (ECD), Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), CNC machining, and welding of critical hot-section components. These capabilities are particularly valuable for the processing of highly demanding materials such as nickel-based and cobalt-based superalloys and other advanced materials used in the most critical turbine applications.

This strategic transaction brings together the complementary strengths of TPMa in investment casting and non-conventional machining, with Detechco's highly specialized expertise in advanced component processing and coating technologies.

TPMa can now offer engine ready component from a vertically integrated manufacturing solution that is unique within the European gas turbine supply chain. Customers can benefit from a single industrial partner capable of managing the complete manufacturing process from casting and machining to advanced processing, coating, repair, and final preparation of engine-ready parts. This integrated approach strengthens quality control, reduces lead times, improves supply chain reliability, and enables greater responsiveness to evolving customer requirements.
